About Funaokayama Shimizu
The proprietor, who honed their skills at renowned establishments in Osaka and Kyoto like "Kyoyamato" and "Wakuden," embarked on an independent journey in 2018.
From the ingredients used in the cuisine to the water, meticulous attention is given, exclusively utilizing carefully selected materials.
Sashimi and grilled dishes showcase the skill of Japanese restaurants, but the “Donabe Gohan (rice cooked in clay pod)” is remarkable. This dish proudly features delicious well water and rice from various regions across the country.
