About HUNTER
Chef Imai confronts meat as if he were a hunter targeting game meat. With a focus on meat dishes and drawing from his French culinary background, he serves dishes cooked over charcoal. In addition to duck, pork, and beef, during autumn and winter, he also offers hunting meats like wild boar and deer.
Charcuterie items such as pate and rillettes are elegantly presented in dishes resembling tree stumps, enhancing the natural theme.
The restaurant's interior strikes a balance between casual and refined, creating a comfortable atmosphere for dining with loved ones without being overly formal.

Chef Imai and staff work tirelessly to highlight the incredible variety of meats and seafood on the menu. The standout course of the meal was the beef curry, which was the final course, and it was by far the best curry I’ve ever had.
