We proudly use ingredients such as pesticide-free vegetables from the Ishiwari Farm in southern Kyoto, Kyoto duck and deer from Kameoka City, and Omi beef from Nakagawa Livestock in Shiga Prefecture. We strive to cook our ingredients in a way that brings out their natural flavors to the fullest, and you can enjoy them with all your senses.

Our wine list boasts approximately 500 bottles from various countries, and our manager, holding certifications from two countries as a sommelier, will provide pairings tailored to your preferences.
