"AUBE" is themed around "journey" and "time," where the owner chef, and staff visit production areas approximately every two months to interact with various producers and gain inspiration. Based on these experiences, they create courses using carefully selected ingredients from different regions, offering a Neo-Classical Chinese cuisine that conveys the excellence of Japan.

While showcasing the beauty of Japanese ingredients and food culture, and while preserving this heritage and nurturing, they express the splendor of those involved in culinary traditions through Chinese cuisine.

  We request you to arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
