I was most impressed by the warm atmosphere the staff created; all the guests were from overseas, so they did their best to explain the sushi selections in English, even passing around photos and descriptions of the fish on an ipad! Would definitely recommend a visit.Seb

Posted on : 07/11/2024Eating at Sushi Yuden was an incredible experience. The food was exquisite and seeing the chef cook was a treat as well. He was masterful and I was in awe the entire time. The atmosphere was cozy: I got to have light conversation with some of the other guests. By the end, I had a short conversation with the chef about various things: he was incredibly nice.
All in all, I would recommend anyone to go check Sushi Yuden if they could.Kin
Posted on : 05/27/2024Excellent service topped by great sushi. Chef Nishimura did a wonderful job satisfying our craving for fresh and melt in your mouth sushi. And the arrangement of the cooked and raw sushi was an absolutely pleasant surprise. It's very obvious he puts a lot of pride in his work with all the many flavors and different ingredients. Sushi Yuden will definitely be on our list of places to return to.Ye

Posted on : 04/09/2024Great selections of sushi, over 20 courses. great atmosphere, and Services.. If anything that needs improved base on personal taste, i like the rice little harder, less over cooked. great selections of sake, but mostly are little too sweet for me :)
