The chef offers dishes that reflect the wonderful culture of various regions in France, based on the concept of “simple, fragrant and warm service (simple saveur sympa)” that he gained from his 10 years of training in France.

He aims to be a restaurant that is loved by customers and grows while meeting their expectations. And also, he values “fragrance, warmth, simplicity and cozy space”. As a chef who connects the producers who make delicious ingredients and the customers who eat them, he carefully prepares each dish according to his concept, including his specialty bouillabaisse.

  Our store offers carefully selected natural wines primarily from France, as well as Italy, Spain, Germany, the Czech Republic, and domestically from Hokkaido, among other regions. If you are not a fan of wine, please refrain from making a reservation.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive at your reserved time, and we kindly request that you be ready to start your meal. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed. Please include the age(s) and number of guests in the special requests section when making your reservation.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.

  When taking photos, please be considerate and avoid capturing other guests’ faces. The use of flash is prohibited. Please also refrain from any behavior that may disturb other guests.

  Depending on how busy the restaurant is, we may ask you to vacate your table at a designated time. Thank you for your understanding.
