We procure and carefully select seasonal ingredients every morning from producers throughout Japan. These ingredients are then offered in the form of kaiseki-style Shojin cuisine.

While preserving the traditional menu since our establishment, we have evolved our Shojin cuisine with the times. We invite you to savor the dishes using all five senses.

  Regarding dietary restrictions, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, due to the preparation required, please be sure to provide detailed information in the special instructions section when making your request if any of the following apply:

  ・If you require a gluten-free meal, please specify whether so y sauce and miso are acceptable.

  ・If you have restrictions on seasonings, including those containing chemical additives, please specify.

  ・If you have restrictions on animal-based products, such as seafood, please specify whether you can consume dashi (broth).

  ・Please provide details if you have any other dietary restrictions.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Please take care of the equipment.

  For children aged 2 and above, ordering the “Kiku Kaiseki” course is required. Payment will be made at the restaurant on the day of your visit. Please enter the age and number of children in the “Special Requests” section when making your reservation.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances. Please note that we only accept requests for two or more people; requests for only one person will not be accepted.
