“Torinao” offers the brand chicken “Koshu Kenmidori” that is grown in the natural environment of Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps in Yamanashi. "Koshu Kenmidori" has a meat quality that stands out for its umami when eaten rather than its sweetness of fat.
