About Kitashinchi Okurano
Enjoy refined and exquisite kaiseki cuisine.
We offer the highest level of hospitality based on the concept of “wakei seijaku(it means harmony, Kei means respect, Sei means purity, and jaku means tranquility)”, which is derived from the principles of tea ceremony taught by Sen no Riky who is the most famous master of sado who raised the tea ceremony to an art form called wabi cha.
Our dishes are prepared with care by our chef, who has trained at a prestigious Japanese restaurant. He uses seasonal ingredients to create each dish with a delicate touch.
Experience the beauty of Japanese cuisine, crafted with the taste and skill of a master.
