At "Suigyo Murabayashi," our dedication to freshness allows us to extract the maximum essence of the fish's flavor with an extremely simple seasoning of just water and soy sauce.
To ensure the procurement of high-quality fresh fish, we contact trustworthy fishermen every morning and procure only those items that meet our standards.
Stale fish has a bad smell and taste that ruins the natural flavor of the ingredient, so it cannot be cooked with a simple seasoning.
We offer a meticulously curated selection of Japanese sake that pairs exceptionally well with our dishes, allowing you to savor the flavors of the seasons.
