Mr. Yoneda, who has an unusual background as a designer of electronic components turned chef, creates dishes based on his precise and high-level technique, innovation, and uncompromising inquisitiveness.

He creates conceptually designed dishes that are meticulously crafted, innovative, and reflect his uncompromising inquisitiveness.
