To bring out the natural flavors of each ingredient, we use only the finest salt. Our special salt, derived from grilled salt of the Seto Inland Sea, is enriched with dashi broth and brown sugar to deepen the flavors of our tempura. For frying, we carefully select Kagoshima camellia oil and our own original blend of oils, ensuring a light and crispy texture—a particular favorite among our guests. Fresh seafood, such as Japanese tiger prawns, and seasonal vegetables are delicately fried to preserve and highlight their inherent qualities.
