About Tempra Ginya
A tempura specialty restaurant run by master chef Katsuji Ginya, who has dedicated his life to the art of tempura.
With his unique skills that bring out the flavor of the ingredients, he expertly manipulates high-temperature oil to achieve a light tempura that doesn’t absorb excess oil.
The restaurant’s recommendation is the "Seasonal Omakase," where you can enjoy fresh seasonal ingredients. The temperature and cooking time are meticulously adjusted for each ingredient, and dishes such as shiitake mushrooms stuffed with shrimp and sea urchin tempura showcase the refined techniques honed through years of training.
The sophisticated interior features a calm counter, focusing on creating a visually pleasing and comfortable atmosphere.

*We are unable to accommodate personal preferences regarding disliked ingredients. If you have food allergies, please specify the number of affected guests and the specific ingredients in the remarks section when making your reservation.
*Reservations cannot be accepted if there is a wide range of ingredients you cannot consume.
*We can accommodate only one food allergy per guest; requests for more than one cannot be accommodated. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate guests with allergies to the following:
Eggs, wheat, sesame, all types of fish, all types of shellfish, all types of mushrooms, all types of wild vegetables, or vegetarians.
*Please note that if you cannot eat raw fish liver, intestines, etc., even when cooked, we will not be able to accommodate your reservation.

Arrival time:
*Guests may enter the restaurant starting 15 minutes before the reservation time and are kindly requested to be seated by 5 minutes prior. All guests will begin dining simultaneously at 6:30 PM.
*If you arrive past your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
*If you are late, we may not be able to serve all the dishes in the course.

*Please be considerate regarding strong scents from perfume or fabric softeners.
*Our restaurant is located on the basement level (B1). Kindly note that there is no elevator, and access is via stairs only.
*Large suitcases are not permitted in the restaurant.
*Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the restaurant. Guests may not leave their seats to smoke during meals. Smoking near the restaurant before opening or after leaving is also prohibited.
*Please set your mobile phone to silent mode, and phone calls are not allowed inside the restaurant.
*Photography is limited to quick, discreet shots of your own dishes only. Taking photos of the kitchen area, other guests, or staff, as well as video recording, is not permitted.
