About Antica Osteria Del Ponte
"Antica Osteria del Ponte," founded in 1976, is a renowned three-star restaurant in Italy. In 2002, the Tokyo branch was opened to bring the extraordinary cuisine of Ezio Santin, a genius chef who achieved acclaim at the age of 39, to Japan. Featuring the same ingredients as its Milan flagship, carefully selected and directly imported from Italy, the Tokyo location offers seasonal menus that reflect the finest flavors of Italian gastronomy.
Guests can indulge in an exquisite experience, relaxing in the lavish salon or exploring the wine cellar, which houses an impressive collection of 10,000 bottles. "Coravin," a cutting-edge system, has been introduced to allow guests to enjoy fine wines from across the globe by the glass, perfectly complementing the gourmet dishes served
The breathtaking night views are another highlight, with a panoramic vista of Tokyo Bay and Makuhari visible from the main dining room. Amidst its serene and refined ambiance, guests can savor the award-winning flavors and exceptional service that have earned "Antica Osteria del Ponte" its place among culinary legends.
