We are delighted to announce the opening of Sukiyaki “Asai” in Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Wagyu beef, one of our specialties, is a part of Japanese culture. We have tasted and compared various brands of beef from all over Japan, and selected the best ones that match our sauce. The selected Wagyu beef has a mouthwatering appeal, with a light fat content, yet the sweetness of the fat and the flavor of the lean meat can be felt. Fresh seasonal vegetables and eggs whisked like meringue further enhance the flavor of the sukiyaki, making it a seasonal delicacy.

A waitress with experience at a long-established Michelin restaurant and a chef trained at a two-star restaurant join forces to offer sukiyaki that carries on the traditions and flavors of the famous restaurant.
