Ristorante HONDA （リストランテ・ホンダ）

Chef Tetsuya Honda, who trained in France and Italy and was the sous chef at AlPorto in Nishiazabu, opened his own restaurant “RISTORANTE HONDA” in Kita-Aoyama.

His dishes, which feature plenty of Japanese ingredients and highlight their flavor and texture, are often praised as “just like Japanese food.” You can experience the four seasons of Japan through his cuisine, which showcases his skillful techniques and seasonal domestic ingredients.
