The highest grade of Kobe Beef, one in a hundred, which is sold at a higher price than Champion Beef, which is the brand to have won top honors at Japanese beef competitions, is grilled to the best condition. This is the highest grade of Kobe beef, which is not available in the Tokyo metropolitan area or overseas.
Charcoal oven-baked steak has been loved by the locals in Kobe as the best-grilled steak. At baron, the owner Yusuke Inoue personally designs the furnace to best grill the highest quality Kobe beef.
Almost all of our bottled wines to accompany the steaks are sourced from the best wine importers in Japan, and we aim to provide wines that are as close as possible to the conditions in which they would be drunk locally, with no gaps in storage or transportation.
At the counter with its realistic atmosphere, you can watch the meat being carved right in front of you.
