VIEW & DINING THE SKY, a gastronomic space in the sky with a 360-degree panoramic view, was established during the 1964 Tokyo Olympics with the vision of showcasing the majestic presence of Japan's iconic Mt. Fuji. Since then, for more than half a century, VIEW & DINING THE SKY has continued to offer timeless delicacies along with a spectacular view of Tokyo. Located in Chiyoda Ward, this spacious buffet dining room with seating for 190 invites visitors to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a moment of blissful relaxation.
The view is not the only attraction of VIEW & DINING THE SKY. The cuisine transcends the boundaries of Japanese, Western, and Chinese genres, creating a veritable jewel box of gastronomic delights crafted with carefully selected ingredients and outstanding culinary skills. Teppanyaki skillfully cooked in front of guests, freshly fried tempura, and fresh sushi delight the senses with their captivating live preparation. The signature roast beef, perfected over generations, is a masterpiece of culinary craftsmanship, boasting a mellow aroma and delicate, melt-on-the-tongue texture that will leave an unforgettable impression.
