About Kokon Yamahisa
Kokon Yamahisa is a renowned restaurant in Sapporo that offers a fusion of traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine.
Owner Akihiro Yamane opened the restaurant in 2014 after honing his skills in Tokyo and Nagoya for 20 years.
The monthly changing courses, which utilize seasonal ingredients, are a delight both in taste and presentation.
