About TATEOKA TAKESHI
Just a 1-minute walk from Hosui-Susukino Station on the Toho Subway Line, the Michelin-starred French restaurant "TATEOKA TAKESHI" is run by owner-chef Takeshi Tateoka, who expertly utilizes Hokkaido’s finest ingredients.
Born in Otaru, Tateoka trained in France before returning to Japan to open his eponymous restaurant.
Within six months of opening, it earned a Michelin star.
The omakase course, focused on seafood and vegetables, maximizes the natural flavors of Hokkaido’s produce.
Enjoy a special time with custom-made tableware and over 500 varieties of wine.
