Himeshara （姫沙羅）

Sushi Hime-Sara," located in the Maruyama Koen area of Sapporo, is a two-star sushi restaurant that pursues "fish and rice deliciousness" that makes fish and rice delicious.

The owner, Mr. Akira Tanaka, became independent in 2003 after training in Japanese cuisine and sushi.

He offers delicious sushi using two types of red vinegar rice and fresh ingredients such as sea urchin and tuna.

The speciality "Shrimp all on top of shrimp" is a luxurious dish that allows you to taste all the flavor of the button shrimp.

  ・We do not accept reservations from those who have many food items they dislike or cannot eat.

  ・Seafood is generally served raw. We do not accept reservations from those who cannot eat raw fish or shellfish.

  ・As we are unable to provide English language support, please contact us through your hotel concierge if you will be late or cannot attend.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  ・We have waiting seats available for early arrivals.

  ・Please be sure to arrive on time as we will start promptly.

  ・If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, you will be charged as a same-day cancellation and will not be allowed to enter the restaurant.

  ・Please note that if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, even if you notify us, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation and refuse entry to the restaurant for that day.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 18 and above are welcome.

  Please note that if children under the age of 18 visit the restaurant without prior notice, they will not be allowed to enter.
