・Seafood is generally served raw. We do not accept reservations from those who cannot eat raw fish or shellfish.

・As we are unable to provide English language support, please contact us through your hotel concierge if you will be late or cannot attend.

Arrival time:

Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

・We have waiting seats available for early arrivals.

・Please be sure to arrive on time as we will start promptly.

・If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, you will be charged as a same-day cancellation and will not be allowed to enter the restaurant.

・Please note that if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, even if you notify us, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation and refuse entry to the restaurant for that day.
