Located on the 24th floor, the restaurant features an open, spacious setting with sweeping panoramic views. All seats are counter-style, allowing guests to enjoy direct interaction with the chef while savoring the dynamic energy of live teppan cooking—a feast for all five senses. A private dining room for 6 to 9 guests is also available, ideal for intimate celebrations and special occasions.

– Garlic Rice –

A beautifully simple yet refined dish prepared before your eyes using only Aomori-grown garlic and finely chopped green onions. Lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, and cooked with minimal oil to preserve its elegance. Served with a crisp, golden layer of toasted rice for added texture—an artisanal garlic rice that showcases both exceptional ingredients and masterful technique.

– Seasonal Kamameshi –

A seasonal rice dish cooked in a traditional Nambu iron pot. Fresh seafood such as firefly squid and sakura shrimp, along with seasonal vegetables, are gently steamed together with Niigata-grown Koshihikari rice, sealing in deep umami and aroma. To finish, enjoy it as Dashi-chazuke with a delicate dashi broth made from bonito, kombu, and grilled fish bones—a comforting and memorable conclusion to your meal.
