About Sushidokoro Kurosugi Shinkan
“Sushidokoro Kurosugi Shinkan” is a sushi restaurant located in Kitashinchi, providing the same exquisite flavors as the Kurosugi main branch in a casual setting.
Just like the main branch, we use carefully selected fish sourced from across Japan and prepare our rice with only red vinegar and salt, completely free of sugar, to create a flavor that never tires the palate.
Our sushi aims for perfect harmony between the fish and rice, delivering a unified taste experience with every bite.
While omakase courses are the trend, we offer à la carte including nigiri as well, allowing you to enjoy your favorite sushi at your own pace.

Posted on : 03/26/2025Visited about 2 weeks ago, it was a very pleasant experience. Although my Japanese language skill is poor, Chef explained every ingredients, and I could understand all of them.
I am not familiar with Omakase styled meal, and for someone like me, this restaurant would be a reasonable option to choose.Kunal
