Just a 1-minute walk from Sangubashi Station, nestled in a quiet residential area, you’ll find a door to a house-like entrance. Stepping inside, you’re greeted by a theatrical counter reminiscent of enjoying an orchestra.

Chef Shinji Ogawa, who honed his skills as a sous chef at the Ristorante San Domenico, which boasts a remarkable 45 consecutive years of two Michelin stars, crafts the signature dish, raviolo, to perfection.

The pasta is rolled out and crafted right before your eyes, starting from the very first stretch.
