Please note that each group is required to order a minimum of 4 dishes x the number of persons in the group.
After the fifth dish, each person may order from a minimum of one serving of their favorite menu item.

The flagship store of “DAL-MATTO” in Nishi-Azabu, which had been temporarily closed, is set to reopen as “P-MATTO” starting Sunday, July 7, 2024.
Masato Hirai, the owner chef of DAL-MATTO, will lead as the executive chef.
“P-MATTO” will introduce a new dining concept where guests are encouraged to order any dish they desire in the quantity they prefer.
Introducing our “Flexible Course,” which includes a selection of chef’s choice snacks (such as an assortment of approximately six finger foods) along with the option to order additional a la carte items.
Guests may choose their preferred starters, pasta, and main courses from the a la carte menu. (A minimum order of four items per person is required.)
It is our sincere hope that you will thoroughly enjoy your favorite dishes and beverages to the fullest.

Former head chef Yamanaka is planning to establish his own venture, “Luna e Gatto,” in Shinsen-cho, Shibuya.

If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed 30 minutes of your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled. If you arrive late or leave the restaurant before the scheduled time, we may not be able to offer you a portion of your course.
Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)
