“Kushikatsu Bon”, a Michelin-starred establishment in Osaka’s Kita-Shinchi district for eight consecutive years, expands to Ginza.

Our head chef, who has dedicated years to a traditional Japanese cuisine restaurant in Osaka, will be showcasing his skill in cooking.

We are proud of our kushikatsu, which uses plenty of high-quality ingredients such as tuna and seafood that we source ourselves, A5-grade black wagyu, and Chateaubriand. These premium ingredients are generously used in our specialty Kushikatsu. With low carbohydrate content, a light texture, and excellent oil drainage, our dishes are designed to be easy on the stomach, so you won’t feel weighed down the next day.
