Nakano chinese SAI （なかの中華！SAI）

We offer a variety of Chinese cuisine, with a focus on Cantonese dishes made using fresh fish sourced from the Goto Islands of Nagasaki.

The name "SAI" represents three concepts in Chinese: "菜" (cài) for dishes, "彩" (cǎi) for colorful presentation, and a Japanese word "差異" (sai) for uniqueness. 

Chef Miyata embodies these ideas in the restaurant's name, making Cantonese cuisine a specialty while emphasizing the use of seafood delivered from Miyazaki and Nagasaki.

Our recommended seafood dish is carefully selected and sourced from various regions, where the "bleeding and nerve removal" technique is employed to deliver the peak of flavor to the customer's palate.

Don't miss the "Grilled Yellowtail with Mala Sauce," a luxurious dish that enhances the sweetness and aroma of the fatty yellowtail through charcoal grilling.
