About Ma Cuisine
We offer a rare selection of house-made charcuterie charcuterie that is uncommon in domestic restaurants, as well as featuring popular and traditional French cuisine.
We provide dishes that pair well with alcohol, making our drink menu diverse with options like wine, sake, shochu, whiskey, and more.
The chef sources the freshest seasonal ingredients from local producers he trusts, including vegetables, seafood, and game.
We have been awarded not only the Michelin Guide’s "Bib Gourmand" but also the "Green Star" for actively sourcing non-standard produce and underutilized fish, and for our commitment to food education in the region.

Posted on : 12/31/2023Ma Cuisine is an amazing restaurant with such a candid atmosphere and friendly staff. The chef made his rounds to the patrons to personally greet them and show them his appreciation. The meal was excellently paired with a phenomenal wine selection. Would highly recommend Ma Cuisine to anyone looking for Michelin quality!
