We are pleased to welcome you to our new location in Azabudai Hills, which has been serving customers since November, 2023.

At our new branch, we offer grilled chicken skewers that maintain the same high quality as our main branch, “Kuma no Yakitori,” known for its exclusive membership and premium yakitori, while keeping prices affordable.

We use Kishu Binchotan charcoal to carefully grill the chicken, allowing the fat to drip onto the charcoal and create flavorful smoke, emphasizing the art of smoking. For skewers that do not produce smoke, we use chicken skin with fat, which releases its own fat to create a smoky flavor. We enhance the flavors with our homemade sauce and a blend of four types of salt.

All our chicken is domestically sourced and freshly prepared daily.

Our chic, wood-grain-themed interiors feature counters and private rooms with granite stone accents, providing a sophisticated dining experience.
