About Yakitori TAIMATSU
This restaurant opened in Kitashinchi in 2019 as a sister restaurant of the one-star “Yakitori Ichimatsu” in Osaka.
To fully enjoy a whole Hinai Jidori chicken, we offer only a yakitori course.
Each piece of chicken is carefully grilled, paying attention to the position of the charcoal and the distance between the skewer and the meat, as well as the internal temperature of the meat, which cannot be seen by the naked eye.
With the concept of “learning from the past,” we challenge ourselves to create a new style of yakitori in the Taimatsu way, while inheriting the Ichimatsu technique.
Please enjoy our full course of Hinai Jidori chicken, which brings out the best of the original flavor of the ingredients, in a sophisticated and stylish space.
