Leading the kitchen is Tatsuhiro Koga, who has worked as the right-hand man to the renowned chef, Mr. Genshiro Saito, for many years.

Classic Yoshoku dishes like hamburger steak, stew, and croquettes are elevated to a new level of flavor.

Only the finest ingredients are used, including rare Aso Akaushi beef and fresh vegetables and seafood sourced from across Japan.

The Gastrovac (vacuum cooking machine) creates delicacies like plump, juicy oysters, where just one bite reveals the difference.
