Here, the chef showcases his passion for the finest Kobe Wagyu from Kawagishi Farm, offering an authentic kappo-style dining experience that weaves together the flavors of Japan’s four seasons. The restaurant’s signature dish, Charcoal-Grilled Thick-Cut Wagyu Tongue, is celebrated for its extraordinary tenderness.
