canade is an Italian restaurant run by a husband-and-wife team, offering Italian cuisine that delights all five senses and a selection of Italian wines carefully curated by a sommelier.

Within a year of opening, it earned the Michelin Bib Gourmand, and just two years later, it was awarded Michelin Selected.

Our chef, who honed his skills at AROMA FRESCA in Hiroo, creates innovative Italian dishes that highlight the finest seasonal ingredients. The menu evolves daily, incorporating the freshest ingredients of the moment, with each dish reflecting the chef's creativity. We offer dishes that bring out the natural flavors of each ingredient and allow you to experience the changing seasons with all your senses.

Our sommelier, trained in Italy, has carefully selected around 100 varieties of Italian wines, thoughtfully pairing them with the cuisine. Instead of a wine list, we prefer a personalized approach, where the sommelier recommends the perfect bottle based on your preferences and mood. Through wine, we invite you to deepen your appreciation of Italian food culture.

The interior features an inviting counter for a live culinary experience, complemented by table seating in a warm, wooden setting. The relaxed atmosphere allows you to savor your meal in comfort.
