Aroma-fresca, a renowned restaurant in Ginza, offers sophisticated Italian cuisine that is created using the trinity of "aroma, presentation, and taste." As the name suggests, the restaurant is characterized by dishes that maximize the flavors of the ingredients under the theme of "fresh and cool aromas." The dishes stimulate the senses from the moment they arrive, with their aromas, beautiful presentation, and delicate flavors.
Chef Harada trained for five years at GINO in Roppongi, where he began working part-time while a student at Hattori Nutrition College. After serving as chef at the second restaurant for four years, he became independent in 1998 and opened Aroma Fresca" in Ginza. He is not only a skilled chef but also a manager running two restaurants.
Chef Harada uses seasonal ingredients carefully selected in dialogue with producers and offers creative dishes such as steamed conger eel with herbs and pasta with bamboo shoots and matsutake mushrooms. Careful attention is paid to the temperature of the food and the timing of serving, so that each dish has a unique aroma.
The restaurant's elegant ivory-toned interior reflects Chef Shinji Harada's attention to detail. The spacious table layout allows you to relax and enjoy special moments with your loved ones.
