About Horumon-yaki RukumaTokyo
This restaurant is known for serving freshly harvested pork innards, sourced every morning from the Shibaura Meat Market, referred to as 'Day 0(fresh pork innards that were alive until that morning)’ for its freshness.
They use minimal seasoning to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients, and they carefully handle every step of the process, from meat processing to salting and smoking, all done by hand. A highly recommended dish is the simple but delicious charcuterie from a horumon specialty shop.
They also offer a selection of wines chosen by a sommelier, which you can order by the glass or by the bottle.
The restaurant has a chic and monochromatic interior, creating a calm ambiance for dining with your loved ones.

Posted on : 05/24/2024Rukuma is my favorite Offaly restaurant in Tokyo since I discovered it by chance 10 years ago. Definitively recommended if you are interested in some bold and interesting horumon taki.
The atmosphere is great and all the staff is welcoming.鍾
