We offer an exclusive and extraordinary delicacy – the Takamori Wagyu beef, which is produced in extremely limited quantities, with only about 120 cattle per year.
Our selection of beef is handpicked by a renowned meat specialist, Mr. Numamoto, and meticulously inspected by Mr. Ito, a certified first-class meat inspector.
What sets us apart is not just our exceptional beef but also the unique dining experience we provide. All our cuts are expertly grilled by our staff on site, allowing you to savor every moment of your meal with your loved ones in a semi-private dining setting.
Every one of our dining spaces is designed as a semi-private room, and we use a special infrared roaster to cook the beef, ensuring it's perfectly grilled both inside and out. Our roaster is smokeless, meaning you won't leave with the smell of cooking on your clothes or hair, making it suitable for any occasion.
