"Miyasaka" is a Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy a full course meal of the finest seasonal Japanese ingredients.

The owner, Mr. Miyasaka, is a talented chef who has worked at a Japanese restaurant in Tokyo for 11 years and at a famous restaurant in Kyoto for 10 years before setting up his own restaurant.

Mr. Miyasaka places great importance on using seasonal ingredients and using Japanese cuisine’s original cooking methods to bring out the flavors and tastes of the season without being eccentric, and he is particularly concerned about white rice, which is central to Japanese food culture. Carefully selected rice is milled from brown rice daily and cooked slowly in an earthenware pot.

Mr. Miyasaka carefully selects each bottle of sake to be paired with the dishes as well, offering a selection of brands that gently accompany the dishes without being too assertive.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal.

  If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation without contacting us, we will consider it a no-show and charge a 100% cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal..Strollers are only allowed in private rooms.
