Choose from over 20 daily-changing dishes to create your own custom course tailored to your mood and preferences, or leave it to the chef with a tasting menu.
Helmed by Miyagi, a protégé of Chef Emi who brings the spirit of ESPICE into a more relaxed setting, KNOT crafts evocative meat-centric dishes rooted in European cuisine, yet boldly free from convention.
A global selection of wines, local sake from Hyogo, and house-made non-alcoholic cocktails—all thoughtfully chosen to complement each dish.
The interior conjures the quiet charm of a ship’s cabin in Kobe, a historic port town. Aromas rise from the open kitchen, mingling with mellow 1970s tunes to create a nostalgic, unhurried mood.
Celebrated for its Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction, KNOT delivers flavors with depth and integrity. KNOT captures the essence of Kobe’s vibrant culinary tapestry—offering dishes that stir the senses and can only be savored here.
The name “KNOT” draws from both the nautical unit of a ship’s gentle pace and the symbolic idea of connection—a knot that binds. It symbolizes the weaving together of Kobe’s diverse food cultures and heartfelt encounters—offering a dining experience reminiscent of an elegant voyage.
