We are honored to announce the opening of our new Japanese restaurant, "Oryori Nonohara." This milestone would not have been possible without the unwavering support and encouragement of so many, for which I extend my deepest gratitude.

For many years, I had the privilege of serving as head chef at "Sumibi Kappo Ishii," where I dedicated myself to the pursuit of culinary excellence rooted in the traditions of Japanese cuisine. At "Oryori Nonohara," I aspire to offer dishes that embody the spirit of the seasons by expressing the full potential of each carefully selected ingredient.

With the utmost respect for all I have learned to date, I remain committed to delivering a dining experience unique to Nonohara, guided by refined sensibilities and sincere hospitality.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Counter Seat: Guests aged 13 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

  Private Room: Guests with children under the age of 12 are kindly requested to use our private dining rooms. If you will be visiting with children under the age of 12, please indicate the number of children and their ages in the special requests section.

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
