Located in Osaka’s Umekita area, Noguchi blends refined tradition with imaginative innovation to offer a unique take on Japanese cuisine. Crafted with meticulously selected seasonal ingredients by Chef Daisuke Noguchi, the dishes are served in an elegant space shaped by his personal sensibility.
The omakase course harmonizes flavors, bringing out the natural umami flavor of each ingredient through thoughtful combinations and varied preparations. For the final dish, guests are invited to select from daily-changing options.
In addition to the cuisine, great care is given to the selection of tableware. Each piece—whether it’s a modern art creation or antique glassware—has been carefully chosen to enhance both the visual and gastronomic experience.

About Daisuke Noguchi
Trained at Kyoto’s prestigious Wakuden restaurant, Chef Noguchi opened Kyotenjin Noguchi near Kitano Tenmangu Shrine. The restaurant quickly earned two Michelin stars in the Michelin Guide Kyoto/Osaka, becoming one of the city’s most sought-after reservations. To build lasting trust with his guests, Noguchi now operates the restaurant on a referral-only basis.
In 2019, he launched Noguchi Tsunagu in Gion, which also received a Michelin star, continuing the legacy and spirit of the original establishment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range. We are unable to accommodate guests with extensive dietary restrictions, such as vegetarianism.

Arrival time:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be considered canceled. Please allow plenty of time to arrive.
On days when Chef Daisuke Noguchi personally serves the omakase course at the counter, all guests will begin dining at the same time as scheduled. Please be sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare, as arriving late or leaving during the course may result in certain dishes not being served.
