Roland5.0Posted on :04/27/2025One of the most sophisticated and memorable dining moments we ever experienced. Every single dish was a work of art in taste and presentation. We paired the dishes with a range of premium sake, simply incredible. The staff was so nice and caring it made our evening truly special. We can't recommend this exclusive Omakase establishment enough. If anyone wants to taste the notorious Blowfish, this place might be the only way to do it right. Thanks again to the chefs and the staff for taking us on this divine culinary journey.

Michael4.8Posted on :11/24/2024We went as a party of 3, and was give a semi-private area of the restaurant upstairs. It was very nice and quiet, lovely place to have good conversations. The dinner was amazing, with a few show-stoppers like the hire-zake (roasted fin wine) and grilling the fugu on the table side. The portion is also quite generous in my opinion, we all very full by the end. The service we received was very attentive yet not intrusive. I highly recommend it!

genesis betsabe5.0Posted on :12/25/2024Definitely worth it! The experience, our sommelier and the chef were exceptional! The only down side is that we asked for a vegetarian menu for one of the guests and I think they haven't read our requirement on advanced, so they have to adapt the menu for him (meaning the same but with out the meat, that at the ends was less food.. and talking that the food itself is little), but besides that everyone enjoy and had one of the best experiences

Olivia Hay5.0Posted on :01/01/2025A beautiful experience. The food was simple but very high quality and cooked to perfection. The menu was translated to English which was much appreciated.
-
Ting Tam4.7Posted on :10/05/2024A bit tough to communicate with the server, and when dining omokase sometimes it’s good to be able to have the chef describe the dish to you. However the food spoke for itself and with the help of a little google translate we got through a wonderfully delicious dinner. You can tell the chef loves what he does. The restaurant itself is tiny with two tables and a bar. Memorable dishes were the eel with glutinous rice, the eggplant was also amazing, tempura and soba all were delicious. The fresh sashimi with a finger lime and salt were also scrumptious. The menu was well thought out and paced.

Matthew Kikendall5.0Posted on :05/25/2024Our experience at Fukuda in Azabu-Juban was nothing short of fantastic. The husband and wife that runs the establishment are warm and inviting; they were very accommodating even though we spoke limited Japanese, and made an effort to include us in conversation. The food was expertly prepared and elegantly served. Fresh, delicious ingredients purchased that morning from the market were on the menu. If I had the chance I would absolutely return!
