In our culinary endeavors, we hold dear the essence of freshly prepared dishes and the fragrance of seasonal produce.

Our dedication is particularly evident in our soup stock, for which we lavish each guest with freshly shaved bonito flakes and natural Rishiri kelp, prepared on the spot.

Our restaurant is a small kappo establishment run by a couple.

Kaiseki cuisine may often be perceived as formal, but we aspire to be a haven where anyone can relax and feel at ease.

We are honored to have been awarded a Michelin star for eleven consecutive years, a recognition we’ve cherished since 2016.

• Dietary restrictions / Allergies:

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please make sure to fill in Special requests when making a request. We are unable to accommodate requests made after arrival. Furthermore, we may not be able to accept reservations if you cannot consume a wide range of ingredients or those that are frequently used in the season, such as mushrooms in the fall and wild vegetables in the spring. Vegan and halal accommodations are subject to prior consultation. Please note in advance that depending on your dietary restrictions, it may be difficult to accommodate this month’s menu.

• Arrival time:

  Please be on time for your reservation. Please arrive 5 minutes before or exactly at the time of your reservation. We can't take you if you are too early or late. Also if you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Please do not wear too casual attire. (Please refrain from wearing Short pants, sleeveless, jerseys, sweatshirts, T-shirts, shorts, sandals, etc. when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances. Please put your cell phone on silent mode in the restaurant.
