About La bonne tâche
The restaurant name "La Bonne Tache" carries two meanings: "good craftsmanship" and "a nice stain."
Drawing from experiences in France, Chef Tamura has been crafting dishes such as red bell pepper mousse and red wine-braised beef since his apprenticeship days.
Prioritizing to bring out the best of each ingredient and benefiting from the accumulation of daily training, indulge in dishes that have been carefully thought out.
