About Teppanyaki Kamon
Indulge in a teppanyaki dining experience that celebrates the harmonious blend of Japanese and Western cuisines.
Introducing “Kammon,” a name that combines “Ka,” symbolizing joy and good fortune, with “Mon,” signifying a gateway to exquisite cuisine and meaningful encounters. Established in 1993 and beautifully renovated in the spring of 2018, Kammon embodies the concept of “Wakon Yosai” - Japanese spirit with Western learning. We showcase the art of teppanyaki, infusing French culinary techniques and knowledge with the heartfelt hospitality of Japanese dining culture.
The front counter features a unique mural that merges traditional Japanese suminagashi dyeing techniques with Western etched glass art, elegantly representing the fusion of “Wa” (Japanese-style) and “Yo” (Western-style) elements. Thoughtfully designed lighting creates a private, pressure-free space where you can relish both conversation and cuisine, making for a truly special dining experience.
