Led by Chef Kenta Kayama—who refined his craft at acclaimed establishments including Restaurant Monna Lisa, japanese cuisine kanda, L’ATELIER de Joël Robuchon, Restaurant Ryuzu, and Quintessence—the kitchen presents top-quality truffles alongside captivating seasonal cuisine that engages the senses.
