Since opening in Azabu-Juban in 2013, I have pursued the theme of “Teppanyaki Reimagined for a New Era,” presenting a bold and innovative approach to this time-honored culinary art. Each dish is crafted with meticulous attention to aroma, temperature, and harmony—with the heartfelt aim of creating a restaurant cherished by our guests.
【A Singular Wagyu Experience】 – Kitauchi Premium Beef from Ishigaki Island
This exceptional Wagyu is sourced exclusively from Tajima-lineage heifers, raised for over 40 months on Ishigaki Island. Celebrated for its concentrated umami and remarkably clean, silky fat, this rare beef is available in extremely limited quantities—only around three cattle are shipped each month.
【The Ultimate Crispy Grill Technique】
Our signature steak is a thick cut, slow-cooked at low temperatures and finished over Kishu Binchotan charcoal exceeding 800°C. This dual-phase grilling method draws out the full depth of flavor, showcasing the transcendent quality of Kitauchi Premium Beef. Developed uniquely at Ishigaki Yoshida, this technique delivers a lingering finish that is both refined and unforgettable.

If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.
As we operate on a complete reservation system, ingredients are carefully prepared in advance according to your booking date. We kindly ask that you inform us of any allergies or ingredients you cannot consume at the time of reservation, as we are unable to accommodate changes or provide alternative dishes once you arrive.
Please note that we are unable to offer our course menu to guests who do not eat seafood or who follow a vegetarian diet. We respectfully ask such guests to refrain from making a reservation.

Arrival time:
If you are unable to arrive at your reserved time, some parts of the course may not be served. Please note that an arrival delay of more than 30 minutes will be considered a no-show, and your table may be offered to other guests.

・We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
・Private Room Usage: When using a private room, an additional service charge of 5% and a private room fee of 11,000 JPY (tax included) will be charged on-site on the day. Please note that the rooms are not soundproof; therefore, we kindly ask guests to refrain from playing music or watching videos.
・Bringing Outside Items: We do not permit the bringing of outside items, including cakes arranged by guests.
・Sound Etiquette: Please set mobile phones and other devices to silent mode. Watching videos or playing voice messages (including 語音-Yǔyīn) is strictly prohibited.
・No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the restaurant, including private rooms and the entrance area. Guests are not permitted to leave their seats to smoke during the meal. If the smell of tobacco is detected on clothing, entry may be refused and considered a no-show.
・Celebration Services: For special occasions, we can prepare a bouquet (11,000 JPY, tax included) or a whole cake (17,600 JPY, tax included). If you wish to request either, please indicate so in the special requests section. Payment will be made on-site.
