Enjoy a monthly course menu crafted by owner-chef Kunihiko Ikeda, who honed his skills at the three-star French restaurant Maison Troisgros in France and the two-star Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros in Tokyo.
Chef Ikeda carefully selects fresh ingredients, delivered directly from the production area, including vegetables from Suzuki Farm in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, and citrus fruits from Yagishita Farm in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Our concept is “a special French restaurant close to your daily life,” aiming to be a beloved spot for local residents.
