Yakumo Uezu （八雲うえず）

Located in a quiet residential area a bit away from central Tokyo, “Yakumo Uezu” offers a relaxing space where you can forget the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy Japanese cuisine.

The interior features a spacious counter with nine seats, made from Kiso cypress wood.

The owner, Uezu, has accumulated 16 years of experience at the renowned Akasaka Kikunoi and opened “Yakumo Uezu” in February 2021.

Our cuisine centers around kaiseki, highlighting seasonal ingredients. We use fresh seafood sourced daily from Odawara Port, providing a taste of the four seasons.

Additionally, we incorporate Western ingredients such as caviar and truffles, constantly evolving our dishes.

We also offer a carefully selected range of beverages, including sake and wine, that perfectly complement our cuisine.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time so that you can start your meal on time. If you arrive 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Children are allowed only when the room is reserved. Strollers are allowed.
