Our restaurant is a tranquil space renovated from a traditional Japanese house, where soft lighting and the warmth of wood gently embrace you.

Our meticulously crafted nigiri is made with Nagai Sushi Jūmai, a rice cultivated exclusively for us. To best match each topping, we use two types of sushi vinegar—red vinegar and rice vinegar—bringing out the full flavor of every ingredient.

We also breathe new life into tradition by pairing our carefully prepared kanpyo (dried gourd strips) with SUSHI TOU’s original olive oil. And be sure to enjoy our charcoal-seared fatty tuna, finished to perfection right before your eyes.
