Posted on : 04/14/2024The highlight of our trip so far and a wonderful introduction to Okasa. The food was delicious - a treat to see it being so meticulously prepared by the chef. Posted on : 02/21/2024A fabulous omasake in a lovely space. There were no misses in Chef Kuwano's vegetable and seafood-focused courses, though I would single out the crabmeat ball in dashi, the grilled shiitake and maguro topped with wasabi leaves, and the kamameshi rice. Service was excellent as the staff patiently waited on our most English-speaking 9-person party, including a jet-lagged prepubescent. Highly recommended!Lee
